Who we are
The California Housing Collective is a professional network built by and for the people who power California’s housing industry.
Our community is made up of real estate agents, brokers, contractors, property managers, designers, lenders, inspectors, consultants, and other trusted professionals dedicated to improving housing across the state.
WE > ME
We believe that a more connected and collaborative industry can better serve the people of California. By working together—rather than in silos—we create new opportunities, deliver better outcomes for our clients, and elevate the standard of service across every aspect of housing.
Members of the Collective are encouraged to actively share referrals and resources, exchange knowledge, and cross-train across specialties. Whether you're building homes, selling them, financing them, or helping maintain them, there's something to gain—and something to give—by being part of this powerful, growing network.
If you’re a housing professional who’s passionate about your work and believes in the value of collaboration, we invite you to apply to join the California Housing Collective. It only takes a few minutes to submit your information on our Apply Now page.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more unified future for housing in California.
